Sacha Marco, founder and chef, envisioned a new canvas for caviar, beyond the classic blini or crisp chip. Working with a French culinary team in Los Angeles and sourcing key ingredients from Belgium, Sacha reimagined the Liège waffle for world-class events, private tastings, and moments worth celebrating.
