From intimate soirées to large-scale galas, we bring a refined waffle experience that pairs beautifully with caviar and champagne, or with comforting, chef-driven flavors.
Collection Privée (Caviar & Champagne)
Our signature bite-size, unique Collection Privée waffles are finished with homemade crème fraîche and premium caviar, designed to harmonize with champagne’s delicate elegance. Ideal for tray-passed service, VIP lounges, and black-tie receptions, this is a modern take on the blini: briochy Liège texture, briny umami, effortless glamour.

Artisan Waffles (Sweet & Savory)
Our larger, Artisan Waffles deliver bold, crowd-pleasing flavor, without caviar or champagne. Choose from chef-curated sweet options (organic honey, fresh berries, velvety chocolate-hazelnut) or refined savory selections (smoked salmon, herbed crème, crispy bacon). Pressed to order, caramelized with real Belgian pearl sugar, and finished with pristine toppings.
Great for: corporate celebrations, birthdays, showers, casual-chic gatherings.
Formats: live waffle bar, or tray-passed minis.
Private Chef Dinners (Coming Soon)
